There are two ways we will drop new items, either Limited Stock Drops or Preorder Drops.

Limited Stock Drops are new releases that are ready to ship and only have a certain amount of inventory made. These are usually for items that have a longer manufacturing time and we're not able to reliably set up a preorder for. These drops will also typically sell out quickly.

Preorder Drops are new releases that are made to order and will take 4-5 weeks to ship. These are usually for items that have a shorter manufacturing time and we can reliably set up a preorder for. These drops will typically be open for a week for everyone to get there orders in before being put into prodution.

Preorders will typically take 4-5 weeks from the date of order to begin shipping. We will continue to update everyone who ordered on the production process.

Limited Stock Drops will typically take 1-3 days from the date of order to begin shipping.

All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service.

Killdozermerch.com is not responsible for any import or trade fees for international shipments.

Preorders will have no cancellations or returns available. When you place a preorder, we make your exact order to ensure we don't have wastes or extra.

Limited Stock Drops will be handled on an order to order basis. Please contact us via our website.

If you receive any damaged or incorrect items, we will refund or exchange your items.
